We went to the TIRTIR popup that is currently happening November 15th through the 23rd. Right away you are greeted with a huge photo of Kim Taehyung (aka V) and the huge cushion outside the TIRTIR building. Honestly, I loved it! I watched them build it through the time-lapse posted on the official Instagram. Shout out to all of the people building, creating concepts and designing!

I must say, it didn’t take too long to get there. And we were able to walk in right away. Once we got in wasn’t too crowded in there. I suggest trying to allow yourself a couple of hours to get to everything.
There is something for everyone here. Whether you are into You can see the different audiences who were into makeup, BTS V, or a little bit of both. Tons of photo-ops, stations, and other fun things to do. There was also this thing that felt like a scavenger hunt! You were able to get some cute gifts and try some cute drinks. I tried the Matcha My Berry and truly loved it! I think it made me a “Matcha Girlie” now (haha)! If you don’t know what that means…it’s like a trendy term and basically…I’m a matcha enthusiastic. It was fun because you had to look for each booth/area to unlock the next part of your experience.
The areas are called: 1-Press Wall, 2-Color Match Area, 3-Content Box, 4-Matcha Area, 5-Lip Area, 6-Check Out. If you don’t want to order, then I just recommend 1-5! You don’t have to go in order, but I recommend it! We didn’t do that though as we wanted to get to everything we could when there was availability.

My favorite decorations and photo opportunities were the gigantic cushion foundations that were there to take photos with. I mean it’s the most iconic item in my opinion. It’s something that popped up on my feed for a long time. I must say that most of the staff was so sweet! Like above and beyond customer service. I wish I got their names…but seriously they were so sweet. Especially the one at the beginning greeting you, content box, matcha area, color match area, and lip area!
There was a color match service booth right in the beginning as well as a makeup artist there to help you find your colors. I did go ahead and check out the area to see other shade options for me afterwards, but it was a great experience!
There are also some masterclasses to watch! I unfortunately didn’t have enough time to check on this, but I did check on the livestream! I do recommend these. I watched them prep for it and even focus on the small details of the filming. I truly respect the love for the craft!
Overall, there isn’t a bad idea to check out! It literally didn’t cost a thing, and it was such a vibe. I truly enjoyed and wish I went earlier in the week to live in the moment longer.
You still have time to experience this fun opportunity until 8pm tonight! It is located 8175 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046! And if you want other iconic pictures, the pink wall isn’t very far from there. And maybe a night out in Hollywood? I highly recommend for you and your friends to check out!
