Ateez has our hearts racing with a title track titled: ‘Adrenaline’ on their 13th mini album! GOLDEN HOUR: PART. 4 was released February 6, 2026. These are my thoughts on the album! We talked about the album a bit on this article: ATEEZ comeback 2026

I am a Atiny! So, you know I will be fangirling just a tiny (ha) bit. But I will also do my duty as a reviewer, and give you, my opinions! In the best way I can in a yap session! This will be updated a lot as this is just the beginning of the comeback! And as Ateez said, they have a lot prepared for us this comeback! My TMI: I wasn’t supposed to put this out yet but accidentally did when rushing out the door to work (which took up the first part of the release for me *sigh*). So, I apologize. You get to see it in its most vulnerable state as I continue to update it! Fun!!! Well I don’t know how fun it is for the average viewer, but please comeback when it’s done. I will be worth it! This week has been interesting. I stayed up pretty late trying to catch the live on time. So, let’s talk about the preview live and also some ratings before the review!

Of course, they have the previews for all of the songs! I did not listen to them yet! So, I will give you the predicted ratings right before the music videos.

I stayed up watching the comeback live! And it was very interesting!

I feel like this album will be a workout album. Which is truly exciting.

THE REVIEW

Reminder this is not finalized! I am currently listening to the album a few more times.

1. Ghost

I like how it already starts off with this rhythmic tempo from the vocals. And the instrumental is pretty calm from the beginning and builds suspense. 

Then revealing the secret! The chorus is different in the best way. Then the rap comes in and wow. I just love how everyone shines in this song. Everything feels perfectly placed. And the charm of Ateez feels present in this song. Their B-sides always eat. I love the futuristic sound in this song. 

I do want to see more. I wish there were more versions of this song. It combines at least 3 different sounds and it would be great to see them separately as well. This is obviously a good, solid song. But I would be interested to see different versions. Like the more I think about it, I can see it happening. Please KQ, when Ateez gets a good rest, can we see more? Please. 

To expand. Listen to the Dolby Atmos. I did and now even more, I crave more versions. We’ll talk about Atmos later. But let’s just stick with this. And I know I’m convincing you. 

2. Adrenaline

This is the title track!

This is giving workout realness. And it worked out (ha) well for them. You don’t understand how happy I am though to hear everyone with their parts in this song. It was pretty even this time around. Like this is a vast difference from other songs of theirs.

This high paced song is something everyone should add to their Party & workout playlist. And learn the choreo whether the easy or hard version. Ugh I know people get to see this live, especially since Ateez is still on tour. I’m so jelly. It’s going to be so good. Even better than the audio. As we know, Ateez is amazing live! Live is going to eat. Don’t forget there is going to be  a remix coming out. Maybe a MV? More lore? Who knows. I’m glad they are doing their own collabs too cause we can only trust ourselves to deliver. No tea, No shade. But the 8 is good solo! Y’all seen my reviews before. I know especially after seeing him live DJing, this remix is going to eat. So stay tuned for that!

I’ll take this one to the gym with me tomorrow and let you know what I think!

3. NASA

I like the transition here. But you are mad hyped by the end of Adrenaline. So I do think by then you are really ready to turn up again. This gives you just enough to start up again.

This gave space realness. Then it got really lit. I love this sound on them. It still gave space, but in a nice space cruiser. Filled with stars! 

Wish this was the title tbh…Like I want a music video. And I want this promoted like crazy. KQ please consider a music video for this one. I also just want more songs like this. This is going up in volume for me later. Wish my ears luck.

Everything works so well then we ger to the ending. And honestly it feels like a party! Like if we don’t get an ATEEZ rave!!! I’ll be angry FRFR. 

We need a rave, party, or EDM event ASAP! KQ please confirm this too. And also hit us up! I got some ideas!

Last note.  PERFORM THIS IN LA!

4. On The Road

I love how calm it is so far. I also enjoy how each album has had a calming song incorporated. Specifically motivating and sentimental. Like it was something to look forward to in the Golden Hour series.

Each one is getting better and better!

I do love how this is dedicated to ATINY. Specifically ones that have been here (in this fandom) for a long time (more thoughts on this later). I love how loving this is. 

I love how reassuring it is too. I want to see this live. I know everyone will be filled with tears (me included).

I do wonder how long you would have to be in the fandom for it to be dedicated to that ATINY. I know some people won’t feel a connection depending on what answer it is. It just wouldn’t be as personal, but we can’t deny it’s a beautiful song. 

Ugh I’m tearing up. I guess it’s because songs like this really make you emotional.

It’s giving, no regrets that I’m going down this path (or this road :)). And it makes me so happy for them. It reminds me of how happy they were about renewing their contracts with KQ. Ugh. I’m a mess…

5. Choose

…And if it couldn’t get any worse (for me being an emotional wreck).

This was presented to us already, but it was perfect. The organization of this album!!! Ugh like-

The placement from the previous one for Atiny & this one being added from ATINY DAY. Like HELLO?!

2 songs for Atiny? I feel spoiled. This has a familiar tune. Not becaused I heard it before!

I love how raw the vocals are. They are front and center too. The instrumental takes the backseat. It’s simple and light making a happier song. 

This being on the album doubles down on how much ATEEZ loves ATINY. Perfect placement.
